I've been on some great teams where collaboration was core to the design process. I welcome those opportunities to kick around ideas, critique and solve problems with other designers. I especially enjoy working with junior designers on a team or in the classroom. I believe this is always a two-way learning experience, and I favor mentoring and coaching over management.
